Architect José Soto García recently finished a modern single family dwelling located in a historic old town in Jerez, Spain. Meeting the functional and dimensional requirements established by the owner, the project was a challenge because of the strict zone ordinances of the location. The building has conditioned its geometry by the irregular shape of the dividing walls that defines the outline of the property. Check out images below, and as always, let us know what you think!
