Set between the ocean and pond, the Field House in Long Island, New York was designed by Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects. Built as an modern extension of its surroundings, the house is built with a steel frame and durable mahogany with anodized aluminum framed windows and doors. The lower level of the Field House opens up to a limestone pool on the pond side, and a dune grass and ocean to the south. Rooms on the lower left open up completely to become covered outdoor porches.
