LA-based studio Marmol Radziner recently completed this one-of-a-kind prefabricated home in Las Vegas overlooking the city from a nearby hillside. Comprised of 36 prefabricated steel frame modules, the entire construction process took only 12 weeks to complete. Built partially into the ground, the home features four bedrooms, a spa, pool, a series of partially covered and uncovered patios and courtyards, and a ‘skyspace.’ The U-shape design floor plan plays with indoor and outdoor spaces, by consistently blending both throughout the house.
