Built for a family of six by NYC-based Andrew Franz Architect, the property evokes natural and organic designs that open to the outdoors. Built to create a continuous indoor-outdoor living and entertaining areas, the terrace is a 2,800 sq.ft green roof garden with retractable glass walls.
