The OVD525 mountainside private residence in Bantry Bay, Cape Town, features unparalleled views over Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard. Designed to take advantage of spectacular ocean-sunsets, the owner was living on the site in a home he built 10 years prior to demolishing the structure. The re-construction project that followed was tailored to the needs of the client, and was conceived as a series of horizontal slabs containing gardens.
