APOLLO Architects & Associates recently created the ‘Arrow’ SOHO house in Tokyo, Japan. Located on a portion of the lot of the owner’s parents’ house, the first floor is used as a photo studio while the living spaces are built on on the second floor where the entrance is located. The exterior design of the ‘Arrow’ SOHO house utilizes the depth of the long and narrow divided lot. Using open style with glass walls for the photo studio facade on the first level, shallow sloped stairs lead the way to the second floor entrance that is highlighted by a pitched roof that creates a unique interior appearance. Inside, light spills in from the slit-shaped skylight on the peak of the roof. Without further delay, check out images of the home below. Be sure to let us know what you think in the comment section!
