Real estate developer Henry Cheng teamed up with San Francisco-based SB Architects to complete the first of six homes designed as part of the Ascaya development. Located in the foothills of the McCullough mountain range outside of Las Vegas, Nevada, this unique property opens up to the surrounding landscape while offering uninterrupted views of the valley below. The communal rooms inside the house all share the same space, while the bedrooms provide guest with the ultimate privacy. Built with outdoor areas that are ideal for entertaining guest, highlights include a never-ending pool, bathing deck, fire pit, and more.
