Located on Africa’s Ivory Coast, the Bambou Pavilion residence resides in a small town called Assinie-Mafia just east of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. A true representation of the “less is more” approach, light, space, and air were some of the keywords behind the design inspiration for this single family beach home. The goal was to create a home that blended with the environment, which is why natural bamboo from Assinie-Mafia was used in the design of the open space house.
