Italian designer Piero Lissoni is set to build his first architectural project in the US – a seven-acre waterfront development in Miami‘s South beach. In partnership with Lionheart Capital, Lissoni will build the Ritz-Carlton Residences which features gardens, pools, entertainment spaces and 36 private boat dockages for 111 condominium residences and 15 single-family villas. Every residence will come standard with smart-home technology, while other homes will include private elevator foyers, expansive terraces, and private plunge pools. The community will come complete with resort-style amenities including a waterfront social room with a bar, a landscaped half-acre roof-top pool deck with views of Miami Beach, a cinema-quality private theater and more.
