Italian designer Piero Lissoni is partnering up with Miami-based studio Arquitectonica for The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. This urban oasis is comprised of 212 condominium homes that will be located on a quiet barrier island bounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. The tower is designed with a rounded profile that is highlighted with a tiered roofline that has a staggered profile which houses the development’s penthouse suites. The community will come complete with resort-style amenities including a ground floor pool restaurant and bar, upper level club room bar and more.
